Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Flat Rate Shipping
All orders are shipped using flat rate shipping.
The shipping fee is clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

Delivery Issues
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photos of the item and packaging may be required.
We will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
