Returns & Refunds

Because our LEGO kits are custom-made to order, all sales are final once production has started.

We accept refunds or replacements only if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is defective or missing pieces

• The wrong kit was sent

In these cases:

• Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Proof (photos or video) may be required

• We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping if the issue is our fault
